RV Sales Manager

Job Description

Managing all phases of dealership operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability by creating an environment that is merchandise driven and customer focused.
Manages staff and all dealership activities
Maximizes in-stock levels through inventory management
Develops unique ways to drive sales
Plans and manages budgets
Initiates and tracks cost control mechanisms
Models "cradle to grave" customer service
Recruits, selects and trains staff and positions them for growth and developmental opportunities
Obtains new ideas to further develop the business
Communicates and sells company initiatives, goals and policies
Maintains a safe work area for customers and coworkers
Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned
May cross train to perform other duties

Qualifications

Ability to lead and manage a profit center, handle multiple tasks, plan and prepare work schedules for optimum coverage, communicate in a professional and tactful manner, develop and maintain effective working relationships, analyze and write reports, use independent judgment and discretion to address both short and long term issues, handle problems and facilitate successful outcomes, accept additional tasks, duties and/or direction from management.

Management/supervisory experience
Strong math skills
Working knowledge of the activities, methods, procedures and polices of a Service Department environment
Excellent interpersonal, planning and organizational skills
Valid Driver's License Required
